I took my 2017 Ram truck in for an oil change. I brought it home and realized that they have put a dent in the hood of my truck. Barley 4 thousand miles on it and they dented it. I was pissed off. I still am. I will never take another vehicle there ever again. If I could take the one star away I would.

Dealership refused to perform any warranty work on my fully covered 2016 Dodge Challenger, because I did not purchase it at their Dealership. According to them, they do not get paid as much for warranty work so they will not perform the work unless the vehicle is purchased from them. I explained that the Dealership I purchased it from was 2 hours away, to which they shrugged their shoulders and told me there was nothing they could do. Although they did offer to perform other services such as oil changes and other non-warranty work at full price.

In my opinion, this is extremely poor customer service when you will not honor the warranty for the product you sell, just because it was purchased at a different location. You are putting the almighty dollar bill before the customer. It is not like they are losing any money by performing warranty work.
Save a few bucks by refusing to perform warranty work and potentially lose thousands in future sales.
Why would I take my vehicle to them for an oil change or any other service if they refused to fix anything that is covered by the OEM Dodge warranty???
