Even when my assumed "simple" issue turned out to be a major job, the guys at Rabbe we're professionals all the way. They have been servicing my car for over 3 years. I don't plan on trusting anyone else anytime soon.
Normally i never post negative reviews and I have waited many weeks before posting this review to try to give them the opportunity to get it fixed correctly.

2013 Ford Escape has hesitation and vibration when you accelerate. The first time we took it in for repair they put a new rear differential in for $1500. The problem still existed so we took it back in. After the service department having the car for 3 weeks we received the car back with a note saying Ford corporate said there is a known problem and that after driving 15 miles each time it will clear up. In a nutshell we have a car that hesitates when you accelerate and they do not know how to fix it. Our first Ford purchase and unfortunately our last........
We will be exploring our options for changing brands.

Great dealership...they truly care about their customers..will buy our future cars from them..hands down..my service experience was #10..they delivered the oil change and wheel repair in just a few hours..also made sure my mom (age91) was happy and content...Thank you Raabe Ford
On a side note previously my wife took it in for a squeak in the rear area. They put all new shocks on it only to get it back with the squeak still there. It ended up being a bent lower control arm. We were told it needed shocks anyway.....
